All products branded as Monix PC and purchased in the U.S. come with a 1 year limited warranty on parts and services. Monix PC products marked as "Refurbished" or "Open Box" have a limited warranty of 3 months.
All other electronic products or components not branded as Monix PC (Such as DVD burners, cables, motherboards, etc.) must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
All products can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, sealed and in new condition. All accessories and components (if applicable) must be returned. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number within the applicable Return Policy period. Monix PC will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
In order to return items from a recent order, please follow the following steps:
1. Login to Your Account and go to “Order History”
2. On the right side of each order you will see a button called “R.M.A.”, click on this button. You will see a list of items that can be returned.
3. Select the items that you would like to return and select the reason for the return. Also, please give us a description of the issue you are having.
4. After you submit your R.M.A, please wait for the request to be approved.
5. Once approved, you will receive an E-mail with all the information for the return.
You can check the status of your R.M.A. by going into Your Account and selecting the option “R.M.A. History”.
RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customers should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product(s).
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to products returned in their original box and new condition.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to products not returned in their original box and new condition.
A restocking fee of 30% may apply to products returned without a proper or valid RMA number, or if the condition of the product is not suitable to resell it as "used".
Shipping charges are refunded only if the return result is our error.

Tax Information: Customers outside New Jersey State, USA will not be charged any taxes. Therefore, all customers in those locations do not need to fax any tax exemption form.
Customers in New Jersey State, please, place your first order as normal. Any taxes charged to your account will be refunded to your account. All orders placed after you sent the tax exemption form will be tax free.
